About this episode:
This isn’t the episode I planned to release this week, but with everything going on in the world, I can’t remain silent about racial injustice. In this episode, I am acknowledging the pain, grief, and anger that so many are feeling. More than ever, those of us with a microphone to speak must also take time to listen. I am learning and listening, and I am offering my thoughts as an online business owner, a biracial woman, and the wife of a law enforcement officer.
I’m sharing some resources that have been shared with me and some ways that you can help. And from an ads and social media perspective, I’m sharing some resources that will help you bring more diversity to your ads and social media posts. I invite you to check them out and explore how you can promote diversity and inclusion with your business, your online presence, your ads, and your social media strategy.
Thanks for listening!
I would love for this to be a conversation more than just a statement. Please feel free to direct message me on Instagram @FlourishwithMonica, email me at success at monicalouie dot com, or reach out in any way to share your thoughts, questions, or ideas. I’m here to learn. I’m here to listen. I’m here to help.
